Slag grinding is a process of making slag waste,produced in steel production,into micro powder which meets the standards and can be used in cement production.Slag grinding consists of a series of processes such as crushing,grinding,drying and separating,in which usually using vertical mill,ball mill,roller press and other grinding equipment.Slag grinding has the characteristics of continuity,complexity and instability.It is necessary to pay attention to operation status of the equipment on the production line at all times.As a result of the shortcomings,such as high cost,poor pertinence and low configurability,existing information system is hard to be applied to the slag grinding production site.Therefore,in this thesis,an online analysis system,which is for the operation status of slag grinding equipment,is designed and implemented based on production characteristics and enterprise needs.In the first chapter,the research background and the research status in related fields are introduced.The problems of existing information system using in slag grinding production scenario are analyzed.At the end of this chapter,the research framework and content of this thesis are illustrated.In the second chapter,according to the overall requirements of online analysis system,the functional structure and performance indicators are designed.On this basis,combined with the selected B/S structure and MVC design-mode,the overall architecture of the system is further designed.In the third chapter,the acquisition process of equipment operation status data in online analysis system is mainly studied.Functions of acquisition,transmission and storage are designed and implemented.As a result,users are allowed to configure details of the data acquisition process related to specified production line through the operation interface provided by the system.In the fourth chapter,the display of equipment operation status data in online analysis system is mainly studied.A solution based on template rendering is proposed.On the basis of static template,several configurable display modules are designed and implemented,allowing users to configure content and form of display modules.In the fifth chapter,the analysis of equipment operation status data in online analysis system is mainly studied.A data analysis framework oriented to the characteristics of data in the system is proposed.Meanwhile,according to different application scenarios,a data warehouse based on multi-dimensional data model is constructed in order to store data which is disposed by above analysis procedures.In the sixth chapter,combining with the specific cases of enterprises,the application of online analysis system is illustrated.In addition,according to performance indicators,some corresponding tests are formulated and used for verifying whether the system performance is achieved.The seventh chapter is summary and outlook.The contents and achievements of this thesis are summarized,and moreover the shortcomings of current research work are stated and prospected.
