A Study On Multi-projects Management Of Z Company Fine Chemicals Products Development

With the revolution in information technology and the development of Internet technology,the traditional management model of the fine chemicals industry has been greatly affected.The speed of product technology and process technology has been accelerated,and the way of obtaining it has become more and more convenient,technological innovation has become the core competitive means of industry enterprises.As the main work department of technological innovation,R&D needs to develop new products more effectively and faster to maintain the competitiveness of the company,so there will be multiple projects running at the same time.Due to the lack of consideration of resources,in the process of using traditional project management methods,there are more and more cases of project delays and resource competition.Therefore,how to carry out reasonable and orderly management of multiple projects under limited resources is the current priority of Z company.This thesis takes Z company as the research object and conducts research on the multi-project management problem of Z company R&D project.Firstly,it analyzes the present situation of R&D engineering management of Z company,raises questions,and studies the problem with project management theory such as project organization structure,project priority evaluation and critical chain method.Secondly,it applies the project management theory to optimize Z company's R&D engineering multi-project system,and the implementation plan of multi-project management was given.Finally,the effectiveness of the research was proved by the optimization results after the actual project application.Through the optimization of project organization structure,establishment of project priority evaluation system,application of critical chain method and other methods,Z company's project organization is reasonable,reducing resource conflicts during project operation and shortening research and development period,so multi-project management has practical application significance for the multi-development project management of Z company's fine chemicals R&D project.
