| The project is based on the Coal-to-Natural Gas Project of Heat Treatment Equipment of Shanghai Heavy Metallurgical Branch Factory.In order to further improve the production efficiency,reduce cost,stable product quality,combined with the enterprise’s own capacity strategy adjustment and environmental requirements of the energy conservation and emissions reduction.Shanghai Heavy Metallurgical Branch Factory decided to change using coal gas heat treatment equipment to using natural gas,in order to achieve effective reduction of soot,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other industrial emissions of volatile organic compounds.First of all,this paper introduces the background of the topic selection,research significance,research objectives,research status at home and abroad,the main content of this paper,the paper structure and main research methods.Then,the project risk management and research literature and the related theoretical basis are expounded,and the general situation of coal-to-gas project of the heat treatment equipment of Shangzhong Metallurgical Plant is systematically introduced.Because of the nature of risk and the difference of risk management,project risks are classified into two categories:safety risk and non-safety risk,and safety risk check table is used for security risk.Security risk is used Delphi method after several rounds of consultation concluded summed up the corresponding recognition results.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the casting and forging production process in the heavy metallurgical factory,after the identified safety risk and the corresponding non-safety risk,the corresponding evaluation method is used to evaluate the identified risk.The LEC method is used to evaluate the safety risk,and the non-safety risk is evaluated by the AHP method,and the important risk of the coal-to-gas project of the heat treatment equipment of Shanghai Heavy Metallurgical Branch Factory is obtained.In the end,according to the project risk control strategy and the corresponding risk control strategies and methods,this paper puts forward the corresponding control measures and methods to minimize the important risks,such as the on-site safety risk,the management coordination risk,the project progress risk,the technical transformation risk and the engineering quality risk.The impact of the project and losses,protection projects according to plan to achieve the transformation goals as scheduled. |
