Project management in the enterprise in the process of the planning and implementation of the project is the key branch of management.The success of implementation of the project,and managers of the grasp of project progress,and each link in the process of the project time and resource management are inseparable.This is the main function ofproject schedule managemen.On the activities of the project progress,schedules and implementation process to carry on the scientific and reasonable plan,the project specific operation process control in a timely and effective manner can effectively reduce the cost of project running,resource consumption and the risk of the crisis,enhancing the benefit of the project output and profits in return.So the project schedule management in the enterprise plays the important role of which is not allowed to ignore.Zhonglv Shenyang nonferrous metal processing co.(hereinafter referred to as ZL company)is China’s key center of comprehensive titanium material production and research base,the titanium material machining production line(hereinafter referred to as the processing production line)and related supporting plant construction project is the national strategic emerging industry development special fund project,it is also a key projects in Liaoning province and Shenyang.At present,the first phase of the project has completed,the second phase is planning and preparation.Therefore,based on the processing conditions in the first phase of the production line is analyzed,and the second phase of the improvement and timely monitoring,is of great significance to the success of the whole project implementation.Network planning technique is a very important part in the project management theory and practice method,It is based on the critical path theory,by constructing a project network diagram with an intuitive method to find the key nodes in the project schedule,through the control of the key node optimizing the whole project schedule,in order to realize the purpose of reduce the cost and improve benefit.Critical path theory is an important concept of project management,optimization design of the project schedule and control play a key role.This thesis is based on the ZL company processing production line of the first phase of the project description,and then analysis and research the elements of the project schedule management role in the process of practice,alone with the progress of the project schedule management plan and control method of progress of the design of the project phase ii project.To look for positive and effective means of project progress control and safeguard measures,the aim is for ZL company processing production line of the phase II project progress management and control,and other items related to design and control play a role as a reference.
