Research Of Wireless Intelligent Measurement And Control System For Tea Production Line Based On Android

Tea is an important drink in our country,and the demand of the color and taste is increasing day by day.The traditional tea processing and production methods can no longer meet the needs of people.With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the production of tea processing has gradually entered the stage of mechanization and scale.The application of intelligent measurement and control system plays an important role in the realization of automatic processing,intelligent management and optimal control of tea in china,and there is an important significance realize for the realization of standardization of tea processing technology,clean process,high quality and high production efficiency.According to current problems in the process of tea production line,such as unstable quality of manufactured tea,artificial secondary pollution,large labor intensity,low production efficiency,the design method of intelligent measurement and control system for tea production line is put forward,and the intelligent measurement and control system based on Android is developed,based on application development technology of Android client intelligent measurement and control system,sensor sensing technology,production and processing information transmission technology,production and processing information management technology and design and development requirements.The main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of large labor intensity in the process of tea production line,design an automatic measurement and control system on tea production line with SIEMENS S7 200 Smart PLC based on the study of PLC composition and working principle.There is no need to operate the tea processing equipment,and it can be adjusted according to the data of tea production line,which can reduce labor intensity,avoid artificial secondary pollution and improve production efficiency;(2)Aiming at the demand for effective management of tea production line data information,design an information management system of tea production line on the research of MySQL and TCP/IP protocol,and design and develop the upper computer application program based on Visual Studio 2015 that can easily get production information by accessing,which realize the receiving,storing,analyzing and processing of the production parameters;(3)Aiming at the demand for remote or mobile control,design the Android client on the study of Android development technology,which solve the view or control problem in tea production line due to the time and geographical constraints and achieve an efficient monitoring and control of tea production line;(4)Experimental results show that aiming at intelligent measurement and control system for tea production line,realize the monitoring and control of temperature,humidity,speed and other parameters in complete machine,rolling machine,roasting machine and other processing equipment and realize the intelligent adjustment and optimization design of the tea production line,which improve the efficiency of tea processing and production,ensure the cleaning of tea processing,improve the quality of tea,reduce labor intensity.
