| Dry granulation is a kind of production which makes low density powder into high density and uniform granules.Dry granulation has the advantages of convenient operation and low cost,which is widely used in the production of food,medicine,chemical industry or other industries.However,due to the common shortcomings of dry granulating machine,such as damage of granulated roller,bad meshing of gears,fluctuation pressure of hydraulic system,it is easy to raise the defective rate and equipment damage.Therefore,the study of working characteristics and hydraulic system of dry granulating machine has important application value for improving production quality and equipment stability.In the analysis of working characteristics of dry granulator,this paper puts forward the speed control mode driven by two granulating roller synchronously,and the hydraulic system reform design of synchronous control of forming pressure and speed of the granulating roller,and verifies its feasibility through the co-simulation.Firstly,the composition and working principle of dry granulator equipment are introduced,and the mechanical equilibrium equation of granulating roller in forming process is established.By analyzing the working characteristics of granulating roller in the forming process,the factors causing vibration are analyzed.Then,the static simulation model of granulating roller based on the ANSYS Workbench is established,and the static analysis of granulating roller is carried out,and the deformation nephogram and deformation curve,stress nephogram and stress curve are obtained.Secondly,the working characteristics of the single-roller drive of dry granulator are analyzed,the dynamic mathematical model of granulating roller drive system and the relative motion model of granulating roller and material are established.According to the friction coefficient,the forming pressure and the torque of granulating roller as variables,the simulation analysis is carried out by the ADAMS,and the simulation results of displacement curve of granulating roller and speed curve of granulating roller are obtained respectively.Finally,the hydraulic system of extrusion forming of dry granulator is reformed and designed based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology.The main hydraulic model and the co-simulation model are established by the AMESim and the ADAMS.The joint simulation of machine and fluid is carried out again with friction coefficient,forming pressure and granulating roller speed as variables.The feasibility of the system designed by the stock exchange provides a reference for improving the stability of the system and the quality of production. |
