A Research Of AC Speed Regulation System In The Slitting Production Line

The research content of this paper is based on the production line of longitudinal shear used to manufacture oil or natural gas pipeline.The technological process and technical requirements of the production line are analyzed.Based on AC speed regulation technology and existing automation equipment,a set of AC speed regulation system of longitudinal shear production line with digitalization,automation,good compatibility and high control precision is designed.It basically realizes the control of constant coiling tension and uniform linear speed in the longitudinal shear production line.The research contents mainly include the process analysis of the longitudinal shear production line,the control requirements of the vertical shear production line,the hardware design of the AC speed regulation system of the vertical shear production line and the software design of the AC speed regulation system of the vertical shear production line.This system takes Siemens S7-300 PLC as the control core and constitutes control network based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus.In the vertical shearing production line,each drive converter,PLC and monitoring equipment Siemens touch screen MP277 communicates data through PROFIBUS-DP bus.The design of the hardware part of the control system includes the design of the whole hardware structure,the selection of hardware,the design of the main circuit,the design of the frequency converter control circuit and the design of the PLC module circuit.The design of control system software includes the structure design of Siemens S7-300 PLC control program,the configuration design of control network communication,the configuration design of internal module of frequency converter,the synchronous design of control system,the looper control system design of vertical shear production line and the configuration design of touch screen.The control system can monitor the running status and some basic parameters of each equipment in the vertical shear production line by touch screen.It can also realize the point movement and linkage control of the vertical shear production line and set the related control parameters by touch screen.It realizes the high precision and high efficiency control requirements of the vertical shear production line.The AC speed regulation system designed in this paper has strong compatibility and expansibility,which can reduce electrical faults,reduce production energy consumption,and improve the production efficiency,control performance and reliability of the longitudinal shear production line.
