Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Safety Supervision Of Special Equipment In Meishan City

Special equipment as an important type of production tools,which is widely used in all walks of life,and closely related to the development of the national economy and the People’s life.Because of its complex structure and unique working principle,special equipment has the characteristics of high risk and accident prone.Scientific use can bring huge economic benefits to the country and bring convenient and happy life to the people;illegal use will cause great loss of life and property to the state or individuals,and cause extremely bad social impact.In recent years,serious accidents caused by improper use of special equipment have occurred from time to time,and the lessons are painful.Therefore,strengthening the safety supervision and law enforcement of special equipment,ensuring the normal production of enterprises and the safety of people’s lives and properties,curbing the occurrence of safety accidents of special equipment and serving the local economic development have become a glorious and arduous task for the safety supervisor of special equipment.In recent years,the number of special equipment in Meishan with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,by the end of 2019,the city’s total number had exceeded 18,000 units,which put a lot of pressure on Meishan’s safety watchdog.This paper takes the data of Meishan special equipment safety supervision as the research sample,on the basis of the research results of relevant literature,using the literature research method,case analysis method,investigation and interview method,analyzes the current situation of Meishan special equipment safety supervision and the problems existing in the supervision process,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background,research significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad,point out the innovation of research content and point out the shortcomings;The second part is the basic concept and related theory of safety supervision of special equipment in China.It expounds the definition,content and theoretical basis of safety supervisionof special equipment in China;The third part is the status quo of Meishan special equipment safety supervision,introduces the basic situation of Meishan special equipment,and summarizes the achievements of Meishan special equipment safety supervision in recent years;The fourth part is the problem and reason analysis of special equipment safety supervision in Meishan,from four aspects,which are the use of weak sense of security units,the monitoring force is weak,the inspection efficiency is low and the inspection organization construction is slow,in-depth analysis of Meishan Special Equipment Safety Monitoring Problems and causes;The fifth part is the experience and Enlightenment of safety supervision of special equipment at home and abroad,introducing some advanced experience,successful practices and enlightenment at home and abroad;The sixth part is to raise the level of safety supervision of special equipment in Meishan,inclouding Countermeasures and suggestions,which from further strengthening the main responsibility of safety of the user unit,further strengthen the construction of safety supervision force,further establishment of a long-term mechanism for safety supervision,eleven concrete measures have been put forward in three major areas.
