With the advent of the era of global economic integration,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to cope with the changing forms and challenges,enterprises must formulate reasonable development strategy and scientific and efficient operation mode,and cultivate their own advantages and competitiveness.The establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system has become an important means for enterprises to gain advantages.How to correctly position performance appraisal,and set up a set of performance appraisal system suitable for the enterprise have become the key points for the enterprise to improve management level,create competitive advantages and achieve strategic objectives.The third gas production plant is the main oil and gas production unit of QH oilfield Company.In order to meet the development requirements of the times,the third gas production plant has developed a performance appraisal system and continuously explored and optimized it.But there are still some problems in the performance appraisal process.This paper takes the third gas production plant as the research object and analyzes the current performance appraisal status of grassroots employees in the third gas production plant,and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct satisfaction survey on performance appraisal.It is found that the current performance appraisal problem is that the index design is unreasonable.,the staff participation is not high,the application of assessment results and insufficient feedback.Based on the strategic objectives and actual conditions of the third gas production plant,this paper integrates the 360-degree assessment method and the key performance indicator method,and builds the performance of grassroots employees in the third gas production plant from five aspects: production index,benefit index,control index,capacity index and evaluation index.Evaluate the indicator system and optimize the performance appraisal process in five aspects: performance plan formulation,performance plan execution,performance result evaluation,performance feedback and improvement,and performance result application,and propose implementation and safeguard measures for improvement.The performance evaluation level of the third gas plant will further enhance its work efficiency and competitiveness.
