With the large demand for CNC machine tools in the manufacturing industry and the rapid advancement of computer technology and modern design technology,CNC machine tools are constantly evolving to better meet the needs of production and processing.The CNC spline shaft milling machine is one of the most important products in CNC machine tools.For the parts processing factory of heavy trucks,in the traditional machine tool use,it relies too much on the processing level of workers,and the large-quality workpieces are expensive to lift and clamp.Energy and time.Therefore,according to the above problems,this paper studies a CNC machine tool for large-scale long-axis spline machining,which can realize one-time clamping and complete the processing of splines at both ends of the shaft.Save manpower and material resources,increase production efficiency,increase economic efficiency,and automate production equipment.Based on the machining requirements and workpiece characteristics of CNC machine tools,the overall layout of the machine tool and the structural design of the main components are applied.CATIA is used to establish a three-dimensional model,and the main components are selected and strength checked.A simplified workpiece spindle model and a tool spindle-tool holder model are established in the ABAQUS simulation software,and the real bearing support and constraint modes are simulated to verify whether the static and dynamic characteristics of the main components of the machine tool are qualified.In order to get the correct tooth profile shape,establish the mathematical model of spline machining,obtain the amount of motion of each axis,and use VC++ to establish automatic programming software,including processing parameter setting module,program generation module,program output module and parameter security.Verify modules,etc.,to achieve automatic programming of spline machining.The VERICUT software platform is used to simulate the machine performance.In order to realize the simultaneous processing of the double-side splines and realize the development movement,the VERICUT's own control system is reconfigured,the dual-channel control system is configured,and the multi-axis synchronous motion is finally introduced.The NC program generated in the automatic programming software observes the spline processing results and verifies the rationality of the above design.
