With the continuous development of the development and utilization of renewable resources in China,more and more attention has been paid to biogas utilization all over the country.Biogas,as a made simply and obtained easily renewable energy,has been widely used in various fields.Because biogas is a mixed gas,the main components are methane,and other gases such as carbon dioxide,saturated steam,oxygen,hydrogen sulfide,as well as some dust,it is indispensable for purification before reuse in boiler,power generation,natural gas,vehicle-borne gas and other places.In this paper,through automation technology,high efficiency,large-scale pressurization,dust removal,dehydration,desulfurization and combustion of biogas are realized.The system is consisted of the development of the control part of the host computer and the execution part of the lower part.The host computer control part include that industrial control computer participate in,use Win CC configuration software to develop monitoring screen,and use TIA Portal V14 software to develop PLC controlled program;Siemens S7-1500 is used as the main controller and ET200 SP as the distributed I/O extension unit in the lower computer,control of on-line instruments,fans,valves,etc.Data exchange between S7-1500 and Win CC using TCP/IP protocol.The remote control and precise monitoring of biogas purification and torch combustion are realized by using sequence control,timing control and PID control strategies,make the whole system run steadily and safely.This paper pays attention to the whole process of system design tracking,from electrical design to instrument selection,from system scheme determination to system debugging,in-depth details,grasp the overall,and finally complete the design and implementation of the system.The system through the realization of the functions of historical data record,historical curve query,alarm prompt,user rights,alarm chain,etc.,the integrity of data storage,the visibility of data query,the timeliness of early warning and alarm,the security of preventing misoperation,and the checkability of troubleshooting of the system are guaranteed.the system not only establishes a more convenient and good control platform for the operating personnel,but also improves the efficiency of the management personnel,so it has good social and economic value.
