Connotation Structure Model And Governance System Of Rural Environmental Pollution

Rural environmental pollution has become an issue that people are paying attention to and urgently need to solve.Rural environmental pollution has complex characteristics such as diversity,interactivity,lag,blindness,and spontaneity,so it is very necessary that we use systematic thinking to analyze and study this problem.This paper mainly uses system science theory and complex systems to study rural environmental pollution and its governance problems,analyze its complexity characteristics and seek governance solutions.This paper first regards rural environmental pollution as a system,which defines the specific connotation of the elements and state of the rural environmental pollution system in general,and regards enterprise pollution,domestic pollution,infrastructure pollution,agricultural pollution,radiation pollution,natural pollution,etc.as rural areas.The subsystem of the environmental pollution system analyzes the specific connotation of each subsystem,constructs the connotation system and structural model of the rural pollution system,and analyzes the reasons.Secondly,the data of rural environmental pollution from 1997 to 2016 were collected.The principal component analysis method,AHP method and comprehensive index method were used to evaluate the rural environmental system by using SPSS software.The main components of rural environmental pollution status were obtained from 29 indicators.,followed by water pollution,solid waste pollution,air pollution,and soil pollution.Then,by interpreting the structural model method,using MATLAB software to analyze the causes and influencing factors of rural environmental pollution,the results show that the main influencing factors of rural environmental pollution are economic,population quality,policy,management and social awareness.This provides a theoretical basis for rural environmental governance.Then,the governance of rural environmental pollution is regarded as a system,which defines the specific connotation of the elements,objectives,objectives,functions,external environment and constraints of the system.Construct the connotation system structure model of rural environmental pollution control system,and analyze the overall emergence,diversity,stability,openness,chaos,nonlinearity,synergy and self-organization of each subsystem and the whole pollution control system.Characteristics and their relationships.Finally,combined with the above characteristics,the rural environmental pollution control process control structure model is constructed to provide a clear research idea and design framework for the rural environmental pollution control system.At the same time,on the basis of the above characteristics and models,the system thinking is used to propose the governance strategy of “overall design,multi-plan,construction mechanism,orderly governance,early warning feedback”.
