Intelligent manufacturing machinery technical secondary school in China put forward the new requirements of talents cultivation,the knowledge and skills needed for skilled talents and attitudes are presented new characteristics,especially the ability to solve the problem of future workers to further improve autonomous learning ability of demands,secondary vocational education students must change learning methods,improve the ability to learn,adapt to the development needs.Under this background,the nc machine tool based on secondary vocational machinery manufacturing professional course as an example,the analysis of existing problems in teaching and students' learning,to clarify the point and the reasons,and in-depth analysis under the background of intelligent manufacturing machinery manufacturing professional technical secondary school teaching reform direction and the content.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the reform of "three education",with teachers' ability,teaching material resources and teaching methods as the core.There are five chapters in this paper:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research on the teaching reform of nc machine tools in mechanical manufacturing specialty under the background of intelligent manufacturing,as well as the general situation of relevant researches in China,introduces the research content,chooses the appropriate research methods and clarifies the research ideas.The second chapter is the characteristics of secondary vocational education personnel training under the background of intelligent manufacturing.This paper expounds the knowledge structure and ability characteristics of skilled talents under the background of intelligent manufacturing and the reformdirection of secondary vocational talents training as well as the challenges and problems facing them.The third chapter presents the present situation and problems of nc machine tool teaching in secondary vocational machinery manufacturing specialty through questionnaire survey,interview and observation.The fourth chapter is based on the research findings,taking the course of CNC machine tools in secondary vocational schools as an example,from the course content teaching method teaching resources teaching conditions,analyzes and expounds the problems existing in the teaching of mechanical specialty in secondary vocational schools.The fifth chapter puts forward some Suggestions on the teaching reform of secondary vocational education from the aspects of teaching method reform and teaching resource construction.In the appendix,aiming at the trend of teaching reform of secondary vocational machinery specialty under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the teaching design idea for secondary vocational machinery specialty is put forward based on the idea of problem-based teaching.
