As an energy storage element,supercapacitor is more and more widely used.It has higher capacitance and higher energy conversion efficiency.It can be used alone or in combination with ordinary batteries.It can improve the efficiency of ordinary batteries and break through its existing limitations.Ultra capacitors are mostly used in high current applications,so their internal resistance can not be ignored,and the main internal resistance is the contact resistance between the electrode material and the collector material.Ultra capacitors generally use aluminum foil as the electrode material,and because there will be oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum foil,it will further increase the impact of contact resistance.Therefore,through surface treatment of the aluminum foil,Reducing the contact resistance between the collector and the electrode can greatly improve the performance of the supercapacitor.In order to reduce the contact resistance between collector and electrode material,a common method is plasma sputtering or arc sputtering.In general,the surface of aluminum foil is treated by the instantaneous high temperature of spark generated by capacitive discharge.One end of the capacitor is connected with carbon rod and the other end is connected with aluminum foil.When the carbon rod impacts the aluminum foil,the spark will appear at the instant of contact and the high temperature will be generated to clean up the aluminum.The oxide layer on the foil surface will also have carbon particles embedded in the foil surface,which can not only remove the oxide layer on the foil surface,but also increase the contact area between the foil and the electrode material,and can significantly reduce its contact resistance.Based on this,a new equipment for surface treatment of thin film materials is proposed.The equipment consists of a skeleton structure,a lighter table,a vibration system and an electric spark device.The skeleton structure is the skeleton support of the whole equipment,which is used for installing and placing other structures to coordinate the work.The spark table adopts a hollow cylinder with smooth surface to lay aluminium foil,so that the spark system device can work here and treat the surface of the material;the vibration system includes the vibration and rotation part of the carbon rod,which is used to drive the vibration of the carbon rod,so that it can impact with the treated material to produce sparks;the rotation part is used to drive the contact with the aluminium foil.The carbon rod used for ignition rotates to avoid one-sided contact of carbon rod with aluminum foil material,which affects the service life of carbon rod,and avoids inadequate contact between carbon rod and aluminum foil material to improve the treatment effect of material.The electric spark device is the most important part of this equipment,where constant current source is used for ignition,compared with capacitance and inductance,the voltage and current can be set freely when working.The constant current source can be realized by using MOS transistor,which can make the MOS transistor work in the amplifier region to be a constant current state,thus meeting the requirements of the equipment,and can also control the constant current by changing the input voltage of the MOS transistor.
