Study On Safety Management And Control Of Oil Production Site In No.XX Oil Production Plant Of DQ Oilfield

With the gradual deepening of oilfield development,production capacity and permeability change after the oilfield production has entered a certain stage,which requires certain technical measures and management measures to ensure stable production.From the perspective of oilfield production,the oil production unit is the leading unit at the present stage.After experiencing the related processes of exploration,drilling and logging at the early stage,the oil production units and basic-level production teams of each oilfield shall be responsible for the production and output of oil at the present stage.Taking DQ Oilfield XX Oil Plant as an example,in order to ensure the output of oil,geologic department,technical department,factory-level departments and mine-level unit have taken a share in this responsibility.As the basic link of oilfield production,basic-level oil exploitation teams are the vanguard of ensuring and increasing production.This requires all basic-level teams to manage well and complete the production plan for each year in stages.Judging from the general situation in the past two years,the relevant state departments,especially the environmental protection and safety departments,have attached great importance to the environmental pollution and safety problems caused by oil fields.Combined with the actual production situation of basic-level oil exploitation teams,the daily work is inseparable from oil and gas,accompanied by danger.Therefore,the top priority of basic-level oil exploitation team daily management is safety.Timely discovery and treatment of safety hazards and other problems in the process of oil exploitation,gathering and transportation are not only certain guarantee for production,but also the cornerstone to ensure the personal safety of employees.At present,all the basic-level oil exploitation teams of DQ Oilfield have realized standardized management in the oil exploitation and production process.According to the characteristics of oil exploitation team production site,in order to optimize the production environment and avoid unreasonable and illegal operations in the oil exploitation production process,all basic-level teams,including grass-roots cadres and shift group staff should have a deeper level understanding of standardized management.Based on the actual situation of oil exploitation plants in the past two years,more optimized management plans and implementation methods are proposed in this paper.Based on the relevant basic theories of safety management,as well as the safety management of oilfield exploitation production,this paper discusses the new methods and models for safe production of oil and gas enterprises under the present circumstances.The safety management of oil exploitation in DQ Oilfield is the subject of this paper.Firstly,DQ Oilfield XX Oil Plant is taken as an example to analyze the actual production situation of DQ Oilfield oil exploitation plants.Then the relevant safety management system and objectives are proposed to be improved according to the existing management requirements of DQ Oilfield.According to the problems existing in DQ Oilfield at present,the corresponding scientific management methods are put forward,design the corresponding management method to promote the improvement of production efficiency,but also ensure the scientific nature of improvement plan.Main methods chosen include accident incentive method,emergency plan and safety management method.The safety construction management plan for oil exploitation site construction in DQ Oilfield is formulated according to the existing problems in employee training,equipment management and other aspects of the enterprise,according to the factors affecting production safety management.The assistance and support from all departments of DQ Oilfield are needed to meet the production safety management requirements of oilfield production plants.This paper adopts advanced industrial engineering management theories,conducts in-depth study on field production safety management and control,and aims to improve the existing problems in DQ Oilfield through the implementation of new plans.Finally,in order to adapt to the needs of enterprise safety production,it is necessary to improve scientific safety management.
