Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Classification Of Household Waste Among Urban Residents In China

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,the living standards of urban residents have improved,and the amount of household waste generated has also increased year by year.Scientific and effective classification of waste is an effective way to solve the problem of urban waste and reduce environmental pollution.Although our country carried out the urban domestic waste classification pilot work very early,but from the overall point of view,the urban waste classification pilot did not achieve the ideal results.In recent years,domestic scholars have discussed the classification of municipal household waste from different levels and perspectives.The author believes that the effective incentive mechanism can improve the enthusiasm of household garbage classification.Promote the solution of urban garbage problem.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,using the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism for the classification of urban household waste in China,and puts forward the overall framework of the incentive mechanism.That is,the mandatory incentive mechanism based on the construction of the legal system,the inductive incentive mechanism based on the promotion of residents garbage classification,and the recognition incentive mechanism based on residents participation are formed jointly.Secondly,the paper summarizes the general situation and necessity of municipal garbage disposal and classification in China,and analyzes the status of the implementation of urban garbage classification incentive in China.At the same time,the paper points out that there are some problems such as the imperfection of mandatory restraint mechanism,the insufficiency of inductive incentive mechanism,and the unformed mechanism of recognition incentive mechanism.Through the analysis and summary of the major countries and regions of urban waste classification incentive experience,this paper from the improvement of laws and regulations to improve the power of garbage classification residents and strengthen the participation of residents in three aspects of the corresponding countermeasures to improve the urban waste classification incentive mechanism,To solve the urban garbage dilemma.
