The classification of municipal solid waste is a very important part of urban waste disposal.In the current situation that domestic waste discharge is increasing year by year,it is necessary to reduce the continuous erosion of domestic waste on the limited land area of the city and reduce the unreasonable treatment of garbage caused by the urban environment.The most effective way to harm is to control the amount of garbage generated and the way of delivery at the source,and do a good job in garbage sorting.However,there are still problems in the classification of urban domestic waste in China,such as imperfect legal system,imperfect supporting system,weak enforcement,and insufficient legal coercion.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to deepen the research on the mandatory classification system of domestic garbage,so as to provide a complete and complete legal regulation and system guarantee for the development of the mandatory classification and treatment of urban domestic garbage in China.In view of the current situation and problems of urban household waste classification,based on the reference to the advanced experience of foreign waste classification,the legal system of waste separation in China should be elaborated from the following aspects.Firstly,the concept and category of urban household waste classification are clearly defined,and the status quo and problems of urban household garbage classification are analyzed.On this basis,the shortcomings and defects of urban waste classification in the current legislative standards are further sorted out;Secondly,it analyzes the relevant systems and specific measures for the mandatory classification of foreign domestic waste,extracts practical and valuable experience that can be extracted by China,and considers and improves the corresponding system in China by referring to the comparison of waste separation measures outside the domain;Finally,some targeted improvement methods have been proposed,for example,adhering to unified legislative principles,refining existing relevant laws and regulations,improving the strict enforcement capacity of waste compulsory classification,and improving the main body responsible mechanism for waste compulsory classification,etc.,in order to change the current urban domestic garbage.Forced efforts to classify the difficult situation.
