Research On The Construction Progress Control Of Residential Project Under Dust Management In Northern Region

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in China,the phenomenon of air pollution has become more and more serious,and there are more and more haze weather in the north of China.Under this circumstance,the government of our country has stepped up the supervision and management of dust control.Dust management of residential construction sites has gradually developed into a new normal.At present,how to control the dust under the background of the new normal,speed up the construction progress,and promote the housing project to be completed on time within the contract period is the primary task faced by every enterprise,and the managers of the participating units need to seriously think about this problem.In this paper,how to carry out the construction under the background of the regularization of dust control in the northern area is discussed in this paper.The dynamic control of degree is studied,and the research results are of theoretical significance and reference value to the construction schedule control of residential projects under dust control.In this paper,the air quality index(AQI),)of eight cities with serious pollution problems in recent years is calculated and the results show that the weather of the same air quality grade appears at the same time period of each year,and this characteristic is very stable.Secondly,on the basis of the selection of "dust source" in the process of housing construction,the relevant data are obtained by means of questionnaire survey with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the relevant data are obtained by studying the data.The weight and total order of each "dust source" of housing project are analyzed.Then,the centralized period of government dust control is considered together with the ranking of "dust source",and the risk in construction period of "dust lifting source" is formulated.Discrimination criteria,and then according to the construction period risk criteria can reasonably arrange the construction period of each process.Finally,by adjusting the free time difference,adjusting the resources such as human materials machine,optimizing the relationship between construction time and cost,the construction progress control model ofresidential projects under dust control in the northern area is constructed at the end of the paper.Finally,through the case analysis of my project,the paper validates the construction schedule control model of the residential project in the northern area,and finally completes the important nodes on time and finally achieves the target of delivery on time.The effect of dynamic control of construction schedule under dust control has been achieved.
