Development Of Wireless Formaldehyde And Air Quality Tester

Industrialization promotes economic-development and social progress,but also brought environmental pollution.Air pollution and food safety have been paid more and more attention,the relevant testing equipment came into being.The detection of formaldehyde and air quality VOC is currently demanded in the most testing equipment usually.This subject comes from the cooperation project,is required to simultaneously detect formaldehyde and air quality TVOC.1-5ppm O.Olppm formaldehyde measurement range,precision,measurement range of TVOC 1-10ppm,the accuracy of the O.Olppm.functions include:data display,parameter setting,alarm,temperature and humidity measurement,wireless data upload.According to the requirements of the project,this project has designed a scheme based on ARM microcontroller,OSII operating system,formaldehyde sensor,TVOC sensor,ucGUI,including two aspects:embedded hardware circuit design and software design.The hardware is realized,with ARM chip LPC1768 as the core,formaldehyde sensor,TVOC sensor,temperature and humidity sensors as detection unit,LCD color display,touch screen operation,WiFi module and Bluetooth module to upload data to the mobile phone or computer terminal.Software is programmed with functions such as data acquisition of the sensors,analysis,display,storage and upload by C programming language based on LPC1768.At the completion of hardware circuit and software debugging,much experiments are done,according to the experimental results,the hardware circuit and software are adjusted,and then a large number of tests are done,so repeated.At present the designed device which precision and functions meet the requirements is already mature,passed through the acceptance of enterprises,and has been recognized by the market.
