The development of resource-based cities,especially coal-based cities,has made great contributions to China's modern economic construction.While making great contributions to national economic construction,they have led to their own development in the new normal because of unscientific guidance and development.Under the economy,there are many problems and challenges,such as the exhaustion of resources,the deterioration of the environment,the retrogression of the economy,and the single industrial structure.To solve these imminent problems and be free from the “resource trap”,the key solution is to complete the industrial transformation.In the process of industrial transformation,we cannot completely copy the successful experience and lesson of other cities.We must combine the specific conditions of the city itself,transform traditional concepts,conform to the economic situation,coordinate the overall situation and choose a transformation path that suit itself.It is the topic worthy exploring how the industry transform and where it will turn to.The city of Erdos known as the “external coal sea” is an important coal energy base of the country and it also has problems in the development of the above-mentioned coal resource-based cities.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the industrial transformation of this city.First of all,this thesis summarizes the relevant theories on industrial transformation of resource-based cities at home and abroad,combines the collected data of Erdos City to analyze the status quo and existing problems of industrial transformation in resource-based cities in Ordos.Secondly,this paper regards industrial transformation as a process of input and output and establish an indicator system in terms of economic development and social living standard,industrial structure and ecological environment using the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative.Finally,the Analytic hierarchy process method is used to evaluate the industrial transformation of resource-based cities in Ordos City,and a multi-regression model is established to study the factors affecting industrial transformation.According to the analysis results and the actual situation of Ordos City,the multi-composite industrial transformation modes suitable for Ordos City is adopted.Some specific policy arerecommended for resource-based urban industrial transformation and provide reference for other similar resource-based urban industrial transformation.According to the research results,the following aspects should be mainly used to accelerate industrial transformation in the process of industrial transformation:(1)optimize industrial structure and establish diversified industries;(2)strengthen education and investment construction,and improve the talent security system.(3)Strengthen environmental protection and improve the ecological compensation system.
