With the increasingly widespread application of dangerous chemicals in domestic industrial production,a lot of achievements were made in the study of packing speed,packaging accuracy and security of the packaging machinery for dangerous chemicals.However,for some hazardous chemicals with high sensitivity and high detonation speed,the packaging form was still in full or semi-automated state.At present,the small granular dangerous chemicals with large demand were filled in the double antistatic flexible plastic bags bagged in advance by hand,and then put into the special paper bucket,then the double packing bags were carried out two times to complete the packing.It not only leaded to low packaging efficiency and high cost,but also to safety accidents in the production process.Therefore,we need to develop a set of automatic packing assembly line of small granular dangerous chemicals to replace the artificial packaging of double layer packing bag.This paper focused on the study of the second secondary packing device of the inner layer bag of the double packing bags.The main contents as follows.(1)According to the process of artificial packaging and the principle and design method of the internal bag ligation device in the early stage of dangerous chemicals,the process flow of the secondary ligation of the inner bag was formulated,and the whole analysis of the flexible bag ligation device was carried out.(2)Based on the constraints of the internal bag ligation and the physical and chemical properties of the small granular dangerous chemicals,the working principle and structure function of the flexible bag ligation device were studied,and the structure model of the second secondary ligation device in the inner bag of the double layer packing bag was obtained,and the correctness of the principle was verified.(3)According to the structure model of the second secondary ligation device in the inner layer bag of the double layer bag,the preliminary design scheme of the separation mode of the double bags mouth,the rotation mode of the inner bag,the way of the inner bag control and the way of the ligation were put forward,and the 4feasible alternatives of the double bag mouth separation and the inner bag mouth rotation were evaluated and ordered by using the AHP and the VIKOR algorithm,then the optimal solution to meet the constraints and functional requirements was found.The design of double bags~’inner bag secondary tying device was obtained finally.(4)According to the best design scheme,the overall three-dimensional model of the second secondary ligation device of the double bag~’inner bag was established by the Solidworks.The structure of each component in the model was designed,and the engineering drawing of the device was draw.The parts were installed and debugged according to the design dimensions.Through the field test,the flexible bag ligation device was proved to meets the technical indexes with high security and stability.
