Dispatching winch are mainly used for mining and excavation in underground coal mines, transportation in up and down mountains, and scheduling of coal mine vehicles in the middle lane of wells and yards. They can be used for ground dispatching or other auxiliary transport handling work in mine grounds, metallurgical mines,or construction sites. The performance of the dispatching winch is directly related to the safety and reliability of underground coal mine production.Especially in the working conditions such as insufficient underground space and poor environment,it is of great significance to design a lightweight, reliable and safe dispatching winch. For the current dispatching winch, there are problems such as complicated transmission structure, inconvenient installation, low reliability and insensitive braking of the braking device.A dispatching winch was studied.Compound gear trains consisting of a ordinary gear train and a planetary gear train is used as a transmission system and human disc brake as braking system.First, taking JD-1 type dispatching winch as object, the main parts and components were designed and checked from the three parts of the execution system, transmission system and braking system.Selection and design of assistant components in the dispatching winch structure.Secondly,a 3D assembly model for dispatching winch based on SolidWorks software.Kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of transmission system using virtual prototype technology.Transmission system input and output angular speed curves and gear mesh force time-domain diagram was obtained.Comparing simulated values with theoretical values, the results show that the error is smaller. At the same time, the volume of the planetary gear train was optimized.Again, for drum loading larger conditions, the finite element method was used for static analysis, modal analysis and optimization design. The stress and total deformation nephogram of the drum were obtained by static analysis.Compared with the theoretical value, the drum strength meets the design requirements. The modal analysis of the drum gives its natural frequency and vibration mode.By improving the structure of the drum, the resonance phenomenon between the drum and the external excitation is eliminated.Adoption of an optimized design method to reduce the weight of the drum. Finally, the braking system is simulated by AMESim software. The curves of braking force and liquid volume varying with time, and the relationship curves between braking force and operating lever force are obtained.By comparison with the theoretical value,it shows that the braking system is feasible. The thermal analysis of the brake is carried out by ABAQUS software. The temperature nephogram and the node temperature curve of the brake are obtained, and the results are in line with the actual working conditions.Through the design, check and simulation analysis of dispatching winch,a more complete design method has been formed.According to this method, the optimal design of dispatching winch can be realized. So as to improve the performance of the equipment. It has certain reference value for the future research and development of dispatching winch.
