In this paper,the automatic bag filing and sealing machine for dried noodles packaging of gusseted bag is taken as the research object,and the key technology of the packaging machine is studied.The automatic bag filing and sealing machine needs to automatically complete a series of operations such as metering,bag taking,bagging,filling and sealing.Among them,the accuracy of the metering device determines the packaging accuracy.The efficiency of the bag taking device,the bagging device and the filling device directly determines the efficiency of the packaging machine.The sealing device determines the quality of the dried noodles packaging.These devices are the key equipments to the bag packaging machine.Based on the overall design of the filing and sealing machine for dried noodles,this paper selects the mechanism of bagging device and filling device to conduct in-depth research and designs a bagging device and filling device suitable for 2~2.5kg packing of dried noodles.The specific research contents are as follows:1)The research status of the dried noodles packaging was reviewed,and the research status of the automatic bag filing and sealing machine at home and abroad was expounded.Based on the manual packaging process of the dried noodles with prefabricated bag,and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the noodle packaging and gusseted bag,the packaging process of the bag filing and sealing machine for dried noodles was designed.2)Based on the process and technical requirements of the prefabricated bag packaging for dried noodles,the overall design of the bag filing and sealing machine for dried noodles is carried out.Using the modular design idea,the bag-taking device,bagging device,filling device and sealing device of the packaging machine was designed according to the overall scheme.Finally,a virtual prototype of the bag filing and sealing machine for dried noodles was established.3)Constructing the motion law of cam follower with universal cam curve expression,base on Creo software to parametric design the cam profile of the cam mechanism in bagging device,and the kinematics simulation analysis and rigid-flexible coupling analysis of the cam mechanism were carried out based on ADAMS.The static mechanical analysis of the shaft of the bagging device was carried out by using ANSYS and ADAMS software,and the modal analysis is carried out on the bagging device based on mechanical dynamics and finite element theory.The analysis results show that the designed bagging device can meet the bagging accuracy requirements,and will not interfere with the filling device when the bagging device is retracted,and no resonance damage will occur during the work process.4)Based on the performance analysis of the bag-opening linkage mechanism of the filling device,it is concluded that the design of the rocker-slider mechanism is a function generation problem.The model is established by the constraint equation method in advanced mechanisms,and the MATLAB programming was used to solve the scale synthesis of the rocker-slider mechanism.Based on the assur-group method,a kinematics analysis model of the second grade assur group with three revolute pairs(RRR)was established,and the kinematics analysis of the rocker-slider mechanism was carried out.The analysis results show that the displacement of the execute link(slider)of the rocker-slider mechanism is linearly related to the angular displacement of the output link(pendulum),and the error is 0.046%,which meet the design requirements.5)The experimental verification of the bag filing and sealing machine for dried noodles was carried out by trial production of a physical prototype.Focusing on the kinematics parameter verification analysis of the cam mechanism in bagging device,the actual measurement datas are compared with the theoretical analysis,and the angular displacement error is maximized when the pendulum is opened.The theoretical analysis of the pendulum swing is 15°,and the pendulum swings 15.8° during actual motion,and the error is 5.33%.The actual motion situation is not much different from the theoretical analysis.It does not affect the open of the prefabricated bag mouth,which further verifies the rationality of the design of the bag-opening cam mechanism in bagging device.
