Analysis On The Construction And Driving Force Of Green Supply Chain Of Oil Tung Oil Environmental Paint Production Enterprises

Following the development concept of "openness,coordination,green,innovation and sharing" proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the green supply chain is a key point in the development of contemporary enterprises.Tung oil is a green environmentally friendly paint raw material and its industry is good.Development conforms to the development concept of the Party Central Committee's ecological civilization.However,due to the long growth cycle of tung oil tree and the lack of research funding from the state,the production and application of tung oil paints have been greatly restricted.Therefore,efforts have been made to develop the tung oil paint industry and build a comprehensive consideration environment.The influence of resource utilization and the utilization of resource-efficient green paint supply and analysis of its driving force is an important issue in line with the development concept of national ecological civilization.This paper first analyzes the current supply chain operation status of China's existing paint production enterprises,finds out the problems existing in the supply chain of existing paint production enterprises,and builds a new green supply chain model.Based on the driving force,the corresponding influencing factors are found from the two aspects of internal driving force and external driving force,and the corresponding evaluation index model is established.Then use the data of H company for empirical analysis,and construct the green supply chain model of the tung oil supply chain from five steps:green plan,green procurement,green manufacturing,green distribution and green recycling.Finally,for the green supply chain model of H company,from the perspective of driving factors,the analytic hierarchy process model is used to determine the weight of each driving factor on the supply chain model.The model is used to find the influencing factors in the green supply chain model of H company based on the driving force.The biggest difference is the company's internal production technology upgrade,cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,the government's preferential market for the company,the research and development of green technology,the government's supervision of the implementation of green supply chain,corporate capital security and the formulation of relevant laws and regulations.The seven factors are the key to the operation of the H company's green supply chain model based on driving force.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the importance of the whole green supply chain.It is found that the model has a great promotion effect on the development of H company.It is recommended that H company adopt the green supply chain model.This research not only helps to promote the economic development of forest products such as tung tree,but also is an important task to realize the symbiosis between logistics and environment.It introduces green supply chain management into the production and operation of oil tung oil-based paint companies,and will manage the scope.From the perspective of production upgrading to supply chain,we have established a supply chain integrated management system that integrates supply chain,resource chain and value chain.It has opened up the green supply chain management scope of environmental protection paints and refined the environmental control links.The green development of environmentally friendly paint production enterprises has good guiding significance and theoretical value.
