Study On Optimized Management Of Safety Production In M Chemical Enterprises

After decades of rapid economic development,all kinds of industries have been unprecedented development and growth,including chemical industry.The healthy development of chemical industry is related to national strategy and livelihood engineering,and is an important guarantee in the field of national security and economy,so it has been attached great importance.However,due to the slow development of the field of safety production management in the chemical industry,there are more hidden dangers and frequent accidents in the chemical industry.The research on the theory and practice of safety production management has been placed in a prominent position.For the problems and reasons of safety production management in enterprises,and the measures of optimizing safety production management,we need to make great efforts to explore and study.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and reasons of safety production management in enterprises,and put forward feasible optimization measures,so as to improve the safety management level of enterprises and even the whole industry.In this thesis,M Chemical enterprise safety production management as the research object,first of all,the relevant research at home and abroad,and then introduced the relevant management tools of safety production management,as the research method of this paper,and then specifically for the organization structure of enterprises and the brief introduction of all departments,put forward the problems of the enterprise,and the causes of the problems were analyzed in detail,finally,the paper introduced the relevant management tools of safety production management.The concrete and feasible optimization measures are put forward for M Chemical enterprises to use for reference.The development environment and science and technology of chemical industry are changing all the time.Safety production management can not be unchanged,nor can it be copied rigidly.In order to make enterprises develop safely and steadily,safety should be put in the first place,and management methods should be constantly changed according to the changes of internal and external environment.
