Study On Safety Management Of Chemical Enterprises

Chemical industry is the pillar industry of our national economy,the development of chemical industry plays a very important role in the development of social economy,chemical products well meet the basic needs of people's daily life,promote the construction of national economy.But the chemical production often has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive,toxic and harmful,any equipment problems,system defects,illegal behavior,negligence etc.,may lead to the occurrence of safety accidents.This research practice promote the Du Pont safety management system in ZHK company based on the theoretical research as a supplement,through the results of data analysis,draw objective conclusions from the improvement of actual effect,put forward the feasibility and effectiveness of DuPont safety management system.The differences in the existing system and DuPont safety management system,the safety management index trend;through the promotion of conclusion of the data obtained for DuPont safety management system of various elements of the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of science.Based on the analysis on the status of safety management of domestic and international advanced demonstration of the safety management system,study the development of safety management of domestic chemical enterprises and the direction of the trend,analyzed the shortcomings of the original operation safety management system of ZHK company,expounds the developing course and the core management concept of Du Pont safety management system,expounds the security mechanism to implement the Du Pont safety management system of the 22 elements,and a detailed analysis of ZHK company in the introduction of DuPont safety system after a series of improvement of DuPont safety management system,working methods and management tools are analyzed,and finally realize the safety performance improvement of ZHK company's.This paper for how to improve safety management performance of chemical enterprises,the establishment of safety management system of modern enterprises,reference opinions and suggestions to provide practical,and also has some enlightenment to promote other management of the enterprise.
