In March 2016,China launched the "13th Five-Year Plan" and clearly stated that the carbon emissions per unit of GDP during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period should be reduced by 18%.In 2017,the total output value of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region reached 192.057 billion,accounting for 25.46%of the regional GDP.Under the premise of ensuring the stable development of the construction industry in various regions,grasp the green low-carbon development of the construction industry and enhance the low-carbon technology innovation in the construction industry.The level and effective and steady reduction of the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry has become an important goal of the low-carbon coordinated development of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.For the low-carbon economic development work policy of the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is necessary to discuss the role path and influence degree of the many factors affecting the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper is based on the measurement of carbon emission intensity and the influencing factors in the construction industry.Based on the theoretical method,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics and regional differences of the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and analyzes the various factors affecting the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry,and constructs the path of the influencing factors on the carbon emission intensity.The"LMDI Decomposition Method+PLS Equation Model" empirically tests the hypothetical path and impact level of direct and indirect factors,and proposes a low carbon economy development strategy for the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for the role of each influencing factor.The main results of the research include:(1)According to the measurement results of the carbon emission intensity measurement results of the construction industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the selection process of the influencing factors,the theoretical framework of the influencing factors of the“interest subject level?industry level?industry carbon emission intensity" is preliminarily constructed.(2)The direct impact factors of the carbon emission intensity changes in the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are ranked as indirect carbon emission intensity>energy intensity>energy structure.Among the indirect factors,the level of low-carbon technology innovation directly affects the energy intensity,energy structure and indirect carbon intensity of the construction industry,which in turn has a negative effect on carbon intensity;while market pressure-driven,public opinion-driven,and government-driven Units within the construction industry-construction companies drive changes in low-carbon technology innovation levels,which in turn affect trends in reducing carbon intensity.(3)Based on the results of the factors affecting the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,the paper proposes countermeasures to reduce the carbon intensity,in order to provide practical suggestions and substantial help for the reduction of carbon emission intensity in the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region.
