Flexible manufacturing technology is widely used in modern manufacturing industry due to the advantages of flexibility and automation,which effectively improves efficiency,quality and reduce production cost.Sheet metal products are widely applied in aviation,metallurgy,etc.These fields have the characteristics of little batch and many kinds,combination of flexible manufacturing and processing has became the trend of sheet manufacturing.Based on sheet metal shearing flexible production line,cutting equipment,monitoring and sorting function,automatic storage system,production line establishment and simulation,etc.were studied in this dissertation.The development direction of intelligent sheet metal flexible production technology was put forward based on research of key technology and development status in domestic and foreign country.The structure and parameters of braking-type plate shearing machine,the key processing equipment in the sheet metal flexible production line,were analyzed.The rigid body dynamics analysis,rigid and flexible coupling analysis and static analysis were performed,the hydraulic system was designed.The results show that the machine meets the processing requirements in the sheet metal flexible production.The automatic sorting and testing module of sheet metal flexible production line was designed.The structure of key equipment,such as feeding trolley,stacker reclaimer and automatic sorting mechanism was designed.Pneumatic control function was designed,and the analysis and selection of key pneumatic components were studied.The automatic stereo storage system in the sheet metal flexible production line was designed.The stacker and shelf were designed.The control scheme of storage system was determined and the automatic control of stacker through PLC program design was achieved.MCGS software was applied to complete the monitoring system design,and its interface designing was completed.Elevator door flexible production line was established based on blanking device,sorting detection module,automatic storage system,and other processing equipment.The Flexsim software was applied to compare three production schemes to choose the most efficient scheme.
