Compared with the traditional textile printing technology,the transfer printing is better and richer,the outline of the pattern line is more clear,which fully conforms to the theme of today's green development.The organization of silk fabric is dense,and it is light,elegant and comfortable to wear,after fine printing,its bright colors make it more elegant and gorgeous.Therefore,the transfer printing of silk fabrics has gradually begun to attract people's attention.Due to the complete chromatogram of acid dyes and bright color,it can be combined with amino groups in protein fiber molecules by ionic bond and can be used for dyeing and printing of protein fibers such as wool and silk and polyamide synthetic fibers,and it has excellent dyeing fastness.At present,there are few studies on the transfer printing of acid dyes.In this paper,silk fabrics are used as printed fabrics,and digital inkjet dry transfer printing is carried on it with acid dyes.The main research is the influence of transfer coating agent,printing process and pretreatment on silk fabric that printed by digital inkjet dry heat transfer printing with acid dyes.Firstly,the transfer coating agent is arranged with water-soluble polyester,thickener and other agents,and the transfer paper is coated to prepare transfer printing paper,then the printing process is followed.And the paper has discussed the.influence of the composition of the transfer paper coating agent on K/S value,fixation and permeability of the digital inkjet dry heat transfer printing of silk fabric,and evaluated the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of printed fabrics.The result shows that when the transfer coating agent is 3%water-soluble polyester,6.5%guar gum,1%dicyandiamide,1%nano-SiO2,3%ammonium tartrate and 5%urea,the K/S value,fixation rate and outline sharpness of silk fabric can be the best,and the washing and rubbing fastness of printed silk fabric can reach up to Level 4 and Level 5,respectively.Secondly,the effect of the process on the printing effect of silk fabric has been discussed,and the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the printed silk fabric has been evaluated.The result shows that when the placement time of paste is 12 h,hot pressing temperature is 115?,hot pressing pressure is 4 MPa,roller speed is 14 r/min,steaming time is 50 mins,placement time after steaming is 30h,the washing time is 2 mins,the washing temperature is 50 ?,then the washing and rubbing fastness of printed silk fabric can reach up to Level 4 and Level 4-5,respectively.Finally,the experiment has studied the pretreatment of silk fabrics.The silk was pretreated with acid,urea and dicyandiamide respectively before printing,and the whiteness,the outline sharpness,the K/S value,the fixation rate and permeability rate have been studied.The results show that urea has the least influence on the whiteness of the fabric,dicyandiamide can effectively reduce the permeation of the dyes and the outline sharpness of the printed pattern is the best,the ammonium tartrate as an acid agent can effectively improve the K/S value and fixation rate of the printed fabric.
