A Case Study On Environmental Impact Assessment Of Industtriall And Mining Enterprisees

In recent years,the number of industrial and mining enterprise has increased greatly and the scale has been expanded.With economic growth promoting and the employment of labor driving,the emission of waste gas,waste water,waste residue and noise and the depletion of product value are not only harmful to the surrounding environment,but also have negative effects on people's living and are not favorable to the sustainable development.The environmental impact assessment of industrial and mining enterprises is an effective to protect the environment,while there are few studies at home and abroad.The paper makes a case study on the environmental impact assessment of industrial and mining enterprises,and provides reference for the operation and environmental management of such enterprises in the future,and provides some ideas for further evaluation of such enterprises in the future.On the basis of circular economy,environmental system and clean production theory,this paper follows the principles of environmental impact assessment,according to the main contents of environmental impact assessment of mining enterprises,and collecting information through literature review,field investigation,pollution source monitoring and other methods.The status evaluation of the enterprise is divided into two parts:first,using the pollution source evaluation method to determine the main pollution source and the standard discharge after the reduction,to analyze the feasibility of the existing pollution measures in the enterprise;second,the contribution of enterprise pollution sources to regional environmental quality is determined by the evaluation of current environmental quality.Finally,according to the operation status and evaluation results,we find the environmental problems and take corresponding control measures.In this paper,the operation status,pollution control measures,current pollution,present environment quality,existing environmental problems and solutions are evaluated in Kaifeng Municipal solid waste incineration power plant.The evaluation results show that the operation of the factory is good at present;the pollution control measures are feasible except for the odor;the exhaust gas of the current pollution assessment,K smoke>K_NOX>K_SO2>K_HCL>K _Hg>K_CO>K dioxin,the main pollutants are smoke and nitrogen oxides,and the ratio of pollution load is 74.6%.In the evaluation of pollutant discharge,the evaluation results of the organized waste gas emission of the incinerator were 2,no exceeding the standard pollutants;the classification of the exhaust emission of the organization was 2,the evaluation result was 2,and the exceeding standard was 2.267.The evaluation result of waste water current pollution is K_COD>K_BOD5>K ammonia nitrogen>K_SS>K total cadmium>K total lead>K total mercury.The main pollutants are COD,BOD₅ and ammonia nitrogen,and the three pollution load ratio is 89.9%.The grade of evaluation is 2,and there is no excess pollutants.Noise source evaluation:the grade of noise pollution source is 2,which conforms to the marking limit;the main solid hazardous waste produced by waste incineration power generation include burning fly ash,which is in line with the standard limit;the current environmental air quality evaluation result is that the PM₁₀ rate of heating period is large and the exceeding standard rate is 57%;the non heating period is small,and the rate of exceeding the standard is 14.The rate of exceeding the standard is 14 About%.Water environmental quality evaluation:the main pollution factors total phosphorus,five day biochemical oxygen demand,chemical oxygen demand,the annual average value exceeded the surface water class III standard 14.45 times,14.16 times,7.35times,respectively.The measured values of noise around the factory area is all up to the standard.The above evaluation results show that except for excessive odor,they meet the relevant implementation standards,and do not bring any other obvious environmental pollution and environmental damage to the surrounding environment.The existing environmental problems include plant odor control,dioxin control measures and environmental management.The industrial and mining enterprises should operate under the guidance of circular economy,environmental system and clean production theory,and establish their own emission monitoring system for pollution sources and environmental impacts,and standardize the monitoring information release of pollution sources.The current environmental impact assessment is evaluated from the operation status of the enterprise,pollution control measures,current pollution,present environment quality,existing environmental problems and solutions.Enterprises should strengthen the normal operation and maintenance of terminal control and pollution control facilities,and provide professional personnel with responsibility for the operation and management of pollution control facilities.
