The purpose of this paper is to put forward a monitoring strategy for the detection process based on the in-depth analysis of the current periodic inspection of environmental protection of motor vehicles,and in view of the possible violations in the detection process,using a large number of data classification statistics,and to prove its feasibility and application value through experimental verification and practical application.This paper is based on the background of increasing vehicle ownership and emission and stricter demand for the environment in China.At the same time,although the periodic inspection of environmental protection of motor vehicles in use is institutionalized,the inspection violations are prohibited repeatedly and the inspection and supervision strategies are relatively backward.By studying the four detection methods used in periodic inspection of environmental protection of motor vehicles in Sichuan Province at present.Reasonable,testing process and equipment configuration,analysis of the regulatory role of the main parameters in the detection process;through the statistical analysis of the normal detection cases and violation detection cases of four detection methods in typical areas(Meishan City)in 2018,screening out the process data parameters with regulatory value,draw a conclusion that the main parameters are more likely to violate the rules when abnormal,and design Five-gas analysis The instrument leak experiment,flow tube leak experiment and turpentine experiment are carried out to verify some of the monitoring parameters.Finally,the strategy of periodic inspection and supervision of in-use vehicle environmental protection is put forward to judge whether the violation detection is based on whether the process data parameters are abnormal or not,and its monitoring value is verified by the application of actual cases.The regulatory strategy proposed in this paper has been effectively applied in the periodic inspection and supervision of environmental protection of motor vehicles in Meishan City,which has been approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment,and has been popularized in Sichuan Province.Simple transient working condition method,double idle speed method,loading and deceleration working condition method and free acceleration opacity smoke method are used in the periodic inspection of environmental protection of motor vehicles in China.All regions have the guiding significance of supervision.
