Study Of Long Term Strategy For HZ Technology (China) Limited

Since the 19 th National Congress of china's communist party and the National People's Congress,With the adjustment of economic structure,the promulgation of new environmental protection policy and fast changes of other policies and regulations,chemical competitions.In order to overcome current difficulties and achieve sustainable development,chemical companies must change with the market.In this paper,under the knowledge of both foreign and domestic chemical market,we apply SWOT analysis matrix to list out advantages disadvantages,threat and opportunities of HZ Technology(China)Limited.Then strategies for the next five years are increasing type,methods for this strategies are cost strategies and differentiation strategies,under the assistance of focusing strategies.Diversified measures are taken to ensure the application of the strategy.This paper are helpful both for HZ Technology(China)Limited and for companies of chemistry industry.
