Excavation accidents are apt to happen in excavation working face. Accidents seriousthreat of coal mine worker lives and the sustainable development of the coal industry. In orderto effectively control heading face accidents, must establish perfect safety evaluation system.Therefore, constructing the accurate and reasonable and effective rock heading the safetyevaluation of working face is very important.This paper to determine the safety evaluation of rock heading face as the purpose, thetunneling construction stage as the research object, and through the excavation work threehazard theory, namely the inherent hazard factors, induce hazard factors, organization andmanagement factors of production systems exist tunneling faces the risk factors forrecognition and analysis, established a reasonable and effective heading face the safetyevaluation index system. Based on the quantitative processing, achieve index evaluation indexsystem of practical, operability. First, adopts expert questionnaire method and analytichierarchy process (ahp), to determine the weights of each index; Then, through expert scoringmethod is used to determine the membership grade iii index; Finally, the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method for rock heading face, security comprehensive evaluation.In field application, will this evaluation system applied to xinjiang coking coal groupYiWeiEr ditch mining coal mine, 1930 the tunnel heading face extension safety evaluationprocess: first, according to relevant technical standards and procedures to coal, composing thesafety checklist for inspection, after experts identify various performance field index scoremembership; Then, using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation method to calculateeach index evaluation result, draw system 79.75, namely has divided into that of the securitylevel for mining "good",which well coincide with the actual situation.
