Research On Green Governance In China In The New Era

In today's increasingly prominent contradiction between economic develop ment,social construction and ecological environmental protection,the traditional management model can not effectively and thoroughly solve a series of proble ms arising in the process of development.In a few decades,China has gone t hrough hundreds of years of development in the western developed countries.The ecological environment problems have been highlighted under the circumst ances of rapid economic development and neglect of ecological protection.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that building our country into a strong,prosperous,democratic,ci vilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modernization power is the primary t ask in the future.To accomplish this historic task,we must make up for the s hortcomings of ecological civilization,adhere to the modernization direction of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,practice the idea that lucid w aters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,protect the ecological environme nt like eyes,and treat the ecological environment like life.Therefore,under th e guidance of green concept,it is imperative to construct a new development model suitable for our country and realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of production development,well-off life and good ecol ogy.Green management involves multiple subjects,including government,enter prises,social organizations and citizens.It is possible for China to realize ecol ogical civilization through efficient and effective operation mechanism and man agement capability.This paper expounds the connotation,development process and significance of green governance.On this basis,it studies the practice of Green Governance in China,including the background of Green Governance in the new era.That is to say,green governance is the process of deepening the development of socialism by the Party,the embodiment of people-centered value orientation and the counter-demonstration ofecology highlighting environmental problems.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development process of the policy text of Green Governance and the achievements of Green Governance in China,such as the gradual improvement of the theoretical system of green governance,promote the transformation of economic development,and significantly improve the environmental quality.In combing the development course and achievements of green governance,we find some problems existing in the practice of green governance,such as insufficient responsibility of the main body of green governance,imperfect multi-subject coordination mechanism,lack of institutional guarantee and facing challenges from the international environment.On the basis of these problems,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote green governance in China,such as: We should give full play to the role of multiple subjects of green governance,optimize the system and mechanism of green governance,strengthen the legal guarantee of Green Governance and actively participate in global green governance.Implementing green governance does not mean constraining economic development with the carrying capacity of ecological environment,but realizing the organic unity of ecological civilization construction and economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social development through the participation of various governance subjects,which provides a solid foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
