Nowadays,people have gradually realized the seriousness of climate change,therefore low emissions and low energy consumption have become major global issues.As one of China's basic national policies,sustainable development requires the whole society to actively promote the development model of low-carbon economy and participate in environmental protection actions.As an important part of the national economy,the logistics industry plays an important role in promoting industrial restructuring and accelerating the transformation of economic development.Especially the problems of cold chain logistics are particularly serious.Not only for the great loss of fresh products,but also the disadvantages of high energy consumption and high pollution in cold chain facilities and equipment,therefore it is quite urgent for the cold chain logistics to develop toward low carbon.The only way for the logistics industry to achieve low-carbon and energy conservation is to systematically establish the cold chain logistics system,rationally plan the cold chain logistics network,scientifically arrange the facilities and equipment,strictly control the energy consumption and pollution in the cold chain logistics process,and continuously improve the whole process logistics efficiency through technological innovation,process innovation and management innovation.The distribution center is a key node of cold chain logistics,which has a profound impact on the layout planning of the logistics network and the operation of the enterprise.Therefore,the location problem has become one of the concerns of many scholars and enterprises.Through reading a large amount of research,this paper considers fixed investment construction,internal transfer,vehicle transportation,exhaust emission,refrigeration system,product loss and other aspects,takes a four-level supply chain as the research object,and establishes a mathematics with the lowest total cost.model.Firstly,in the calculation of emission costs,it considers separately the emissions of greenhouse gases and other atmospheric pollutants.Secondly,in the calculation of refrigeration costs,it considers separately the leakage of cold air during transportation and the process of loading and unloading.Thirdly,when calculating the cost of goods,it introduces the freshness function to indicate the extent of loss of fresh product.At the same time,this paper also exemplifies five types of cold chain vehicles with different fuel types and compartment capacity,and discusses the location solutions in two situations of single and multiple vehicle types.Finally,this paper uses the example data of Guangzhou X company,solves the problem with Lingo software,and analyzes and compares the influence of vehicle type and emission cost on the location result.Through this research,it provides the theoretical reference for the cold chain logistics industry about a new calculation method of the cost of distribution center,and suggests that the logistics industry should consider both economic and social benefits,promote to use new energy vehicles,and contribute to environmental protection.
