With China's continuous advocacy of green economy,China's logistics industry,as a major carbon dioxide consumption industry, will also come in a critical period of green low-carbon transformation. Therefore,in order to maintain the long-term green development of logistics industry, the government needs to formulate corresponding policies on carbon emissions of logistics industry.Based on the space-time pattern of carbon emissions of logistics industry in China from 2004 to 2016,this paper uses spatial econometric model to analyze the main factors affecting carbon emissions of logistics industry,it also analyses the spatial regions of carbon emissions of logistics industry, excavates the driving factors affecting the growth of carbon emissions of logistics industry, and puts forward some suggestions for carbon emissions of logistics industry. The research contents of this paper include:1.Logistics industry spatial difference correlation test, using ArcGIS software to visualize the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in 2004-2016,intuitive analysis of the spatial differences in carbon emissions of the logistics industry. The spatial correlation of the data is tested by using MATLAB and GeoDa software;2.Empirical analysis of spatial econometrics, this paper will use Spatial Lag Model and Spatial Error Model in the spatial econometric model and Geographical Weighted Regression in the current spatial difference analysis.GWR respectively carries out spatial analysis on the influencing factors of carbon emissions in logistics industry, and analyses the differences of carbon emissions in provincial logistics industry from the perspective of spatial layout. The results show that: 1.Empirical analysis of the spatial econometric model finds that the three variables of the turnover volume of goods, per capita of logistics industry and energy intensity of logistics industry have a positive impact on the carbon emissions of logistics industry, and the impact of logistics energy intensity on the carbon emissions of logistics industry is the most significant. The coefficient of spatial lag effect is 0.336,and has passed the significance test.It shows that there is obvious spatial diffusion(spillover)effect in adjacent provinces.2.Through the empirical analysis of GWR,it is found that the logistics industry's turnover of goods, per capita gross product of logistics industry and logistics energy intensity have different impacts on the logistics carbon emissions of different provinces, while the differences between adjacent provinces are relatively small, but there are obviousdifferences between eastern and western regions in the overall space.Based on the research results, the policy recommendations are as follows: 1.From the perspective of technological optimization, actively explore the development and utilization of new energy resources, improve the proportion of green energy in energy consumption of logistics industry.2.Regional logistics industry coordinated development, attach importance to regional cooperation, pay attention to the changes of relevant factors in surrounding regions, and build information sharing to achieve the human, resources and technology sharing, this can realize energy saving and emission reduction of regional logistics industry.3.The implementation of emission reduction policies in differentiated logistics industry and the formulation of corresponding policies according to the actual situation.
