With the rapid development of the society and the gradual improvement of the people's consumption level,the demand for packaging materials has also changed greatly.From the past single packaging form,the development of color richness,versatility and particularity of use.Laser transfer film is one of the materials for producing laser holographic image packaging materials,and laser holographic image packaging material is a new kind of new material.Therefore,it began to be widely used in packaging and anti-counterfeit printing in 1980 s.The laser transfer film project has a broad market and the prospect of rapid development.In order to meet the demand of the market,it is very necessary to invest in laser transfer membrane project.But because of the laser transfer membrane project,it will encounter many aspects such as political,economic,technical,social and so on,so as to produce various project risks.Therefore,the systematic study of the risk management of laser transfer membrane project is of great theoretical and practical significance to evade and control various risks in the implementation and production of the project and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.On the basis of the theory of project management and project risk management,this paper puts forward the application method of risk management in laser transfer membrane project.Taking XRN laser transfer film as an example,by analyzing the risk composition and characteristics of the project,a list of initial risk sources of the project is set up,from national policy and market.The risk factors,such as the situation,the technical risk and so on,are identified for the X laser transfer membrane project,and the risk is classified as policy risk,design risk and so on.Then,this paper constructs the risk evaluation system,and combines the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the main risk identified by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.By analyzing the risk composition of the project,the main risk of the project is evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process).Finally,the main risk countermeasures are given to provide reference and reference for the risk management research of other laser transfer membrane projects.
