Environmental protection is becoming more and more strict in today's society.Lightweight steel products have become the mainstream of current development.With the rising of cold rolling enterprises in and out,cold rolling products are so competitive.With the rapid development of automobile,high-grade household appliances industries,the quality is more important for customers.At present,anshan steel,shou steel and some other advanced steel enterprises has developed so rapidedly in automobile and highgrade home appliance board.In order to meet the requirements of automobile lightweight,a lot of high-strength plates are needed,such as DP780,DP980,etc.Tang steel.1740 TCM has been committed to the development of high quality home products and automotive steel,at the same time,the line with the capacity to produce these products.High strength steel in the process of rolling,the unit has the wandering fault belt,and the continuous production ability is poor;The front slip value alarm is serious,generally over 9%.The speed play coefficient is basically below 30%,and the speed is so slow which restricts the production capacity;The precision thickness compliance rate is about 30%,and the product thickness fluctuates greatly.The flatness deviation of the plate shape is about 20 IU,and the composite wave shape is serious.The above problems seriously affect product development and product quality.Through theoretical research,rolling scheme formulation,data analysing,and drawing on some other company's t experience,the control mode of work roll and intermediate roll bending is firstly optimized.Second: we optimize the new smart crown roll shape,increase the equivalent crown roll,improved utilization rate of shifting,additional,researchingthe lubrication system,we compared the roll force under different concentration,to draw the suitable concentration.Finally,the mechanism of rolling offtrack strip breaking was analyzed from the press rate distribution entrance of each frame to improve the rolling stability.At the end,the flatness value is below 5IU and the rolling speed reached 400m/min.Figure44;Table23;Reference 40...
