Research Of LNG Regasification Module Project Schedule Management

Natural gas as a clean energy,has important status in the process of energy transformation,and will gradually occupy the main body status.Driven by demand for natural gas offshore LNG equipment manufacturing industry,will usher in explosive growth,the industry chain involving mining,transportation,storage,transit and so on each link.The offshore floating LNG receiving terminal technology mature gradually,has gradually become one of the important development trend of LNG receiving terminal.LNG regasification module is the core equipment of FSRU,before the relevant design research and development by foreign monopoly,China urgently needs to develop with independent ability of EPC FSRU regasification module equipment,industrial structure in such a background,the ocean engineering project management level,enhance the international competitiveness to become the China ocean engineering a key problem in front of people,and the project plan management of natural and important part of the need to study.Based on FSRU-LNG regasification module as the breakthrough point,project schedule management is discussed in this paper.Based on the research of the Marine engineering management project plan,including project schedule PWBS measurement model,based on CCPM plan management,and use the project schedule management software,for the Marine engineering management project plan provides a kind of method,this approach requires attention to the progress of the project status at any time,at any time according to the latest state of the project can be used to predict the completion status of the project,is a PMI theory was applied to the process of practice,in addition to improve the current domestic Marine engineering project couldn't be delivered on time trouble to promote enterprise competitiveness can also promote our country's Marine engineering project to scientific standardization,but also for the realization of the force of China's energy strategy contributes a bit.
