Study On The Classification And Management Of Municipal Solid Waste In Shaanxi

With the development of the economy,people's living standard continues to improve,the output of municipal solid waste increased year by year.Many areas suffer from junk siege and Environmental problem is increasingly outstanding.These problems restrict the development of the city seriously.At present,more than 80%of municipal solid waste in our country is treated by mixed collection-transport-landfill or incineration.This is a pressing issue how to improve the level of garbage collection and disposal effectively for the city manager.According to the current situation of garbage classification in Shaanxi Province we analysis and evaluation the classification,collection,processing,management methods of household garbage.The main research contents include:1.Through field investigation,we investigated the operation,management,market operation and charges of domestic waste collection facilities in Shaanxi Province.The garbage classification has not yet fully launched and there are many problems of garbage collection,transportation,processing,management,etc.2.Through field research,interview interviews and questionnaires,we know that residents have a good sense of environmental protection and the implementation of municipal solid waste collection has a broad social basis.It is feasible to implement garbage classification in Shaanxi province.3.According to the present situation of domestic waste in Shaanxi province,We designed four kinds of garbage classification scheme.The four schemes are optimized by the AHP,and the 3rd plan stands out.4.On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign garbage classification and combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi province,We constructed the classification system of municipal solid waste and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures to promote the effective implementation of the classification of urban domestic waste in Shaanxi.At the end of this paper,the classification system of urban domestic waste in Shaanxi was established:the classification of delivery system,classification system and classification collection and processing system.We put forward the system management and legal aspects of security measures.
