The actual production environment in coal mines is very complicated.The dangers of gas explosion,flood,fire,roof collapse and so on always threaten the safety of underground workers.The danger hidden in the coal seam cannot be eliminated,so we can only monitor the actual environment of the underground,and provide early warning of the danger through certain specific indicators,so as to minimize the damage caused by the disaster.In recent years,with the rapid development of research in the fields of wireless communication technology,sensor technology and embedded systems has been provided for the design and research of this underground coal mine environmental monitoring system.Because the wired network severely restricts the application environment and scope of the environmental monitoring system in the actual production process,a reliable and intelligent wireless network transmission mechanism will greatly expand the application range of the monitoring system and greatly improve the monitoring.The scale of the system allows it to work in the actual production environment under the coal mine and to ensure the sensitivity of the inspection system and the reliability of the monitoring data.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper designs a coal mine underground environment monitoring system based on wireless heterogeneous network.The system is analyzed and designed in detail from the following aspects.This paper firstly analyzes the development status and trend of underground coal mine environmental monitoring system,and analyzes the development of wireless network communication technology.Then,the advantages and network characteristics of wireless network communication technology are analyzed.The development trend of wireless heterogeneous network and the application characteristics of the coal mine underground environmental monitoring system is derived.It provides ideas and basis for the selection and design of the coal mine underground environmental monitoring system.Then,aiming at the actual demand of coal mine underground environment and the development trend of wireless network communication technology,we analyze the function of the system and design the overall framework of the system.It is proposed to use ZigBee network to collect the environmental parameter data of the operation area,and through Wi.-Fi gateway transmits the acquired parameter data to the remote monitoring system of the Internet platform.In order to realize the function of the system,the hardware of the system needs to be specifically designed.Here we mainly focus on the communication link of the system.According to the remote communication requirements of the wireless heterogeneous network,the chip and circuit for the ZigBee node and the Wi-Fi gateway are designed.It enables the hardware conditions of all aspects of the system to meet the remote environmental monitoring needs of coal mines.After designing the hardware of the system communication link,we need to design and implement the software of the system.Here we mainly design the data communication and application layer protocol conversion program between ZigBee network nodes and Wi-Fi gateway;design ZigBee data aggregation Heterogeneous data fusion program of nodes;protocol conversion program for communication between Wi-Fi gateway and Internet platform is designed;emergency response mechanism for accident warning and processing is designed.Finally,after designing the software and hardware of the system,in order to verify the reliability of the system,we test and jointly debug the system.It includes ZigBee network communication test;Wi-Fi gateway and Internet platform test and the whole system test.The test results show that the designed system in this paper can transmit the environmental parameters of underground coal mine working area to the Internet platform.It enables professionals to remotely monitor through intelligent terminals such as computers and mobile phones.
