Construction And Application Of New Energy Management System In Petrochemical Industry

This paper takes Qingdao Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.as an example to introduce the construction and application of the new energy management system in the petrochemical industry,the difference between the old version and the integration in the integrated management system.At the same time,with the new version of the energy management system construction,this paper highlighted the company's energy management promotion,refinement and improvement,fully embodies the importance of the new version of the energy management system and the arduous task.It's energy assessment report is divided into two levels,the company-level and the equipment-level.The company-level energy assessment report covers all the energy consumption processes of our company,mainly including atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,15wt/a and 20wt/a of gas separation plants,delayed coking plant,catalytic cracking unit of heavy oil,sulfur recovery and solvent regeneration unit,acid water vapor extraction unit,air compression station,boiler,diesel oil hydrogenation unit,catalytic gasoline selective hydrogenation unit,benzene extraction unit,hydrogen production plant,catalytic reforming unit,hot water station,polypropylene unit,MTBE unit,water supply and drainage,oil storage and transportation.The energy management boundary is determined by unit.The company's energy assessment report was completed on the basis of the energy assessment reports of 21 sets of uints.Based on the analysis of the main energy consuming equipment of each device under steady operating conditions and the calculation of the operating efficiency,the paper puts forward the energy efficiency improvement scheme at the plant level and the company level,combined with the company maintenance cycle.It takes the construction of energy management system as the framework,the energy assessment as the starting point,combined with management of energy saving,energy saving technology and structural energy saving,to enhance the company's energy efficiency,reduce energy consumption and processing of crude oil single energy.
