Economic evaluation theory continues to perfect with the development of our economy.Through economic evaluation to determine project feasibility is to become the main basis of project construction.Oil and gas as a pillar industry of our country,the project construction investment is huge,the environment is complex and the uncertainty is extremely strong,oil and gas construction projects are influenced by many factors,mainly including finance and risk.Therefore,it is the basis and premise of oil and gas construction project investment to evaluate the economy and uncertainty from the viewpoints of both finance and risk.Based on the construction of liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation project,combined with the literature research and the basic theory,advantages,market demand and competition environment of the liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation were analyzed.On this basis,liquidity analysis and profitability analysis were used to evaluate the financial feasibility of liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation project,while breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis ware used to measures the uncertainty of the project,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was taken to assess the risk of liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation project from aspects of policy,marketing,finance and security.The results showed that: liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation project has good profitability and solvency,and the project risk is "low".Liquefied petroleum gas storage station relocation project economic evaluation indicated construction feasibility and provides a reference for other similar projects.
