With the increasing perfection of the legal system of energy saving and environmental protection in China,the concept of energy saving and environmental protection runs through the whole economic activities.Energy,water resources shortage is China's national economy sustained,rapid and sound development of a long-term restricting factors.Saving energy and reducing consumption,is to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth is one of the important ways.At present,the energy utilization rate is only about 32%,more than ten percentage points lower than the foreign advanced level.Energy saving potential is tremendous.Petrochemical enterprises as a national energy production key enterprises,but its high energy consumption status is clearly not in line with its "energy production enterprises" position.In recent years,the state petrochemical enterprises on energy-saving environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher.Natural gas purification plant as the petrochemical industry's first-line production units,is a larger energy consumption of chemical devices,the production process need to discharge some pollutants.In this paper,M natural gas purification plant in Chongqing as the research object.In the past few years,M purification plant to enterprise specialization,restructuring as an opportunity to increase the investment of energy conservation and emissions reduction ratio,actively explore ways to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,successively after many energy-saving renovation,and achieved some results.But through the field of equipment and systems management and energy saving potential assessment of the diagnosis and found some of the device is still high energy consumption,supporting environmental protection facilities have yet to be improved.Compared with the advanced level at home and abroad there are still some gaps,it can be said that the current plant energy saving potential is still great.Research by analyzing the purification plant energy consumption and pollution emissions,detailed study on the problems existing in the energy conservation and emissions reduction.Combined with similar domestic and foreign enterprises and other energy-saving emission reduction management experience and inspiration,targeted to the next step purification plant improvement measures to the domestic similar enterprises play a reference role.
