With the rapid development of sensors,communication and computer technologies,China's coal mine production is moving in the direction of informationization,automation and intelligence.In order to realize the real-time sharing and comprehensive utilization of coal mine underground information,the coal mine safety monitoring system is also continuously integrated and upgraded.In view of the problems of diverse interface protocols for downhole equipment,inability of heterogeneous networks to be converged and the poor reliability of data transmission,this paper analyzes various mining access protocols and industrial Ethernet protocols,studies the principle of protocol conversion,designs a mining heterogeneous network converged gateway,and studies its multi-task scheduling mechanism and queue management mechanism based on the gateway and thereby improving the real-time and reliability of information transmission.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design a mining converged gateway based on the heterogeneous network transmission protocols commonly used in coal mines,including RS485/CAN fieldbus,ZigBee/6LoWPAN/WiFi wireless communication protocols.Then the control module and route module of the gateway are designed in detail according to the hardware circuit and software system.The implement of mining gateway shield the heterogeneity of the underlying access devices,and realize the transparent access of the multi-protocol devices and reliable transmission of the same network.(2)Study multi-task scheduling mechanism of gateway based on the control module uCOS-III real-time operating system.Then the preemptive task scheduling algorithm based on different priorities and the time slice rotation scheduling algorithm based on the same priority are designed and improved.Finally,the experimental simulation is designed to verify that the implementation of multi-task scheduling mechanism enhances the real-time interaction capability of the information at the gateway and improves the system response performance.(3)Study the active queue management mechanism based on the gateway route module.The CWARED algorithm applied to the classification service is proposed by analyzing and researching the RED algorithm and the improved algorithm.The CWARED algorithm uses the classification weighting method to adjust the average queue length.At the same time,it improves the packet data discarding mode.Finally,the experimental simulation is designed to verify that the improved CWARED algorithm reduces the congestion degree of the network in case of limited bandwidth and enhances the stability and reliability of data transmission at the edge link.(4)Test function and performance of the mining converged gateway based on the design of hardware and software and the research of key technology.Firstly,the functions of multi-protocol conversion and information interaction are verified by experiments.Then the delay and packet loss status of the gateway during stable operation are tested.Finally,the real-time interactive response performance of multi-protocol conversion tasks is tested.The results of these tests show that the mining converged gateway can realize the function of multi-protocol conversion,and has better real-time response performance and transmission reliability.
