Gas extraction is an important measure to control gas disasters in coal mines.And gas extraction water ring vacuum pump is an indispensable power equipment in gas extraction system.However,its low efficiency and high power consumption result in huge energy waste.Research and development of new technology of high-efficiency mining with ring vacuum pump for mining water has made obvious effect on energy saving about gas extraction system.However,the traditional monitoring system of gas pumps has hindered the promotion and application of energy-saving technology.It is imperative to design a monitoring system suitable for energy-saving technology of gas pumps.Adhering to the concept of intelligent development of coal mine,this paper designs the overall structure of the energy-saving monitoring system of coal mine surface gas pumps by analyzing the status quo and existing problems of the monitoring system of gas pumping station,combining with the principle and use method of energy-saving technology of gas pumps,and mainly designs and studies the industrial control computer of the system.The energy-saving monitoring system of gas pump mainly plays the role of monitoring,analysis,regulation and early warning.Distributed Control System(DCS)is adopted as a whole,Which is conducive to the further improvement and expansion of pumping energy-saving technology and monitoring system.The system consists of a variety of sensors,electronic control equipment,industrial computer,local monitoring platform and remote monitoring platform.Each industrial computer controls the operation of a gas pumping energy-saving system,and can communicate with the local monitoring platform and remote monitoring platform.The monitoring platform can receive and store data,carry out large data analysis,send instructions to industrial computer,and monitor and control the operation of energy-saving system of several gas pumps.The industrial computer of gas pump energy-saving monitoring system consists of core processing unit,signal acquisition unit,communication unit and human-computer interaction unit.The core processing unit uses Freescale ARM9 i.MX283 core board and combines with Linux 2.6.35 to form a tailorable software platform to control signal acquisition,communication,status display and alarm,power off control and power off feedback detection;The data acquisition unit monitors the frequency signal through the CPLD,and controls the ADC to convert theanalog signal into the digital signal.The signals are scanned and measured sequentially through the control of the core board.Communication unit adopts VKFG series 4G DTU module,and uses 4G wireless communication technology to make high-speed and stable data transmission between industrial computer and monitoring platform.The human-computer interaction unit adopts SS-1200 DW industrial touch integrated computer and GE FANUC iFIX configuration software.High-performance human-machine interface is created to realize real-time dynamic display,parameter display and adjustment,alarm management and system operation state control of energy-saving system.The energy saving monitoring system of the pump was tested and applied in Yuwu Coal Mine.The test results show that the functions of the system meet the design requirements of the coal mine monitoring system.The application of the energy-saving monitoring system ensures the stable operation of the energy-saving system and realizes the best working fluid for the energy-saving system.Concentration analysis,energy saving effect analysis and power saving accounting.In the end,the future research contents are prospected,and an intelligent gas pumping station monitoring system is envisaged.The industrial computer of gas pump energy-saving monitoring system developed in this paper has the characteristics of accurate data acquisition,high control sensitivity and strong reliability of information transmission.It has certain reference significance for improving the energy-saving effect of gas pump and the intelligent level of pumping system.
