With the rapid development of urbanization,the scale of municipal construction is suffering a fierce expansion.However,during the construction,the multiple uncertainties,including internal and external surroundings,construction methods and technology,participants,capital resource etc.,have caused troubles in managing progress plan.Accelerating the rate of progress blindly will lead to cost increase,even quality safety accidents.Therefore,the risk investigation on the progress of municipal constructions is indispensable.This study based on the sewerage west transfer project the eastern district of Xixian New Area,will investigate the risk factors affecting the construction progress and build a model of risk assessment.This paper studies the problem of the construction schedule risk of the upper pipe of the sewerage west transfer project in the eastern district from the perspective of the construction party.Meanwhile since the construction party is the main player in the operation of the risk management system,the main risk and the risk level of the project are evaluated from the perspective of the construction party,so as to take effective methods to reduce risk and ensure the progress of the project.Based on the main body of the progress risk study,by establishing the risk management system for the construction of the top pipe of the sewerage west transfer project,the construction progress risk is supported and guided by the theory.This paper expounds the problem of the top pipe schedule and the reasons for the occurrence of the sewerage west transfer project in the eastern part of the area,conducting research and analyzing from the aspects of risk identification,assessment,and response.Firstly,the risk factors of the progress of the sewerage transfer project in the eastern district were identified,not only the risks of technology and kindness,but also the risks of funds,resources and nature.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish a risk assessment model for the construction of the roof pipe of the sewerage west transfer project based on the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of risk loss.Based on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the construction risk of the top pipe in the sewerage west transfer project,the key risk factors and the level of the schedule risk are determined.Meanwhile,the necessary risk response measures are put forward for the key impact risk factors to optimize the progress management according to the results of the evaluation.
