Research On The Case Of Operation Management Of Dalian L Musical Instrument Company

With the rapid development of economic construction,domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are actively seeking a suitable operational management method,driven by their own development needs and timely response to market changes.In this way,enterprises can effectively coordinate and utilize various resources,gaining ompetitive advantage in terms of cost,quality,delivery time and so on.This paper takes Dalian L Musical Instrument Company as the research object.Through in-depth analysis of the research object combined with its own condition and utilization of relevant theory and management method of lean production,this paper aims at finding out the existing problems and their causes of the operation management of Dalian L Musical Instrument Company,and proposing improvement measures and implementations for improvement programs.Through the analysis of the case,the company mainly has problems in material supply management,production planning and control,quality management and so on.The paper also puts forward relevant improvement measures by applying the theory of lean production and total quality management methods.Through the above research,this paper promotes the company’s continuous survival and development under the continuous development of the enterprise itself and the changing external operating conditions,achieving the goal of eliminating waste,reducing costs,shortening production cycle and improving product quality.At present,there is no research on the lean production application of musical instrument manufacturing enterprises in China,so this paper has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
