| With the profit margins decreasing of the container industry,cost management is becoming more and more important.The paint cost,which is as one of the top three container materials cost,has the maximum cost-improving space.So the paint cost management has also been the core point of the factories.Now the common problem of the different factories is to solve the contradiction between the cost and the quality,according to the double 90% standard of the container industry.The traditional automatic spray set is only considered from spraying technology,but is not fully considered the various factors affecting the thickness of the paint film.This paper attempts to explore to find the optimization application method of process parameters on the container automatic spraying,according to considering the film thickness interference factors.In this paper,the concretely items are as follows: 1,To elaborate the container production process and the container painting craft,to investigate the thickness situation of the paint film in each factory,and to propose the common question of paint application in container industry.2,To introduce the basic theory of Six Sigma and Robust Optimal Design,for the improvement of the automatic spraying thickness uniformity of the automatic spraying thickness control.3,To use the simulation software to do the technical analysis,to discuss related influencing factors influencing the thickness of paint film.4,To use the causal analysis method to get the main influencing and interferential factors,using the automatic spraying equipment of A factory for the example,and then to design the orthogonal experiment of the paint film Uniformity.After a lot of experiments,whose date is to deal with ntuitive analysis and ANOVA,to get the optimal parameter settings and to verify its feasibility and stability.5,The experiment proved that the better economic benefit is reduced 8.6% paint cost per unit.This kind of paint film thickness control method based on Six Sigma has gotten the good cost and quality control effect,which can be used for reference in the group factories. |
