Research On Optimization Strategy Of R&d Innovation System Of A Chemical Company

In a fast-changing era,innovation is the most basic way to survive.From the practice of companies that have achieved outstanding results in R&D and innovation,the success of R&D innovation is often the result of a combination of policies,institutions,talents,and culture.The research methods used in this thesis include literature research method,questionnaire survey method and benchmarking analysis method.Analyze the problems existing in the R&D and innovation of A Chemical Company,propose optimization suggestions,and establish a set of realistic R&D and innovation system solutions for the company to improve R&D efficiency and market competitiveness.This paper first summarizes the theory and current status of R&D management system,technology innovation and innovation platform at home and abroad,and expounds the theoretical research on technology innovation,strategic management and incentive management.Combining the status quo of the development of A chemical company,using the benchmark management and questionnaire management tools,the paper studies the problems existing in the R&D management system of A chemical company based on various dimensions such as innovation direction,innovation mode,innovation subject and innovation mode.The strategy of R&D and innovation system based on innovation platform is constructed.The paper proposes that A chemical company's R&D innovation platform is constructed and composed of four parts: one is to build an internal platform for entrepreneurial innovation,and to simultaneously develop supporting incentive support policies;the second is to acquire external science and technology resources,establish a fluorine chemical incubation platform,and jointly build research institutions.And other measures to extend the external platform for entrepreneurial innovation;the third is to strengthen the construction of innovative subjects,implement the project manager system,strengthen the technical strength of the short-board field and the training and training of R & D personnel;Fourth,strengthen the exploration of new innovation mechanisms,market-oriented and implementation of the door-to-door Management adjusts and optimizes innovation.The corresponding implementation safeguard measures are elaborated from the aspects of system construction,organization guarantee,evaluation system,incentive system and cultural atmosphere of R&D innovation platform.The conclusion of this paper is that we hope that domestic science and technology companies can have reference in the process of exploring the R&D innovation management system.
